Design Works: The Red-Haired Witch

Stories of the fabled witch claim that she grew tired of being strung by the fickle feelings of her maiden heart, and so tore it from her body in order to find lasting peace.

Her plan was not wholly successful, so she forged what was left of her heart into a fearsome weapon of magic, sealing her existence into a perpetual state of false ennui and unrewarding immortality.
